Please accept the Rep Congo abbreviation for The Republic of the Congo as is standard on sporcle. I was almost tricked into beleiving I had already typed it!

@sassi ... I think that's the point.

I always wonder why we don't include Spain's enclaves as a country in Africa.

also, some multi-word nations were not accepted unless spaces were inserted between words. that's atypical for sporcle.

I've always liked these sorts, especially when I could name them all on a map but don't have them memorized in any sort of way. Then it's fun to kind of think of them in groups. Like... "Egypt, Libya, Algeria, Tunisia, Morocco" - a geographical group; "Guinea, Guinea-Bissau, Equatorial Group" - a name group; "Somalia, Angola, Ghana" - A group mentioned in a song by M.I.A. And then it becomes a little easier, trying only to remember which groups you haven't gotten to yet

Great, a real test. This has to be one of the only quizzes where although many sporclers score highly no answer has 100%.

Any chance of you making them for the other continents Treverbeast? I’m sure others would be grateful too!

You could take the time down to 5 minutes. Nice quiz.

Nice quiz, but need more time.

@montylaw, I presume you rated down my comment, which is understandable since I'm suggesting exactly the opposite of what you are, but how can you justify wanting MORE time. As it stands there is roughly 11 seconds for each answer. Most people are going to answer quite a few countries right off the bat without even pausing between answers. So in reality when you reach a point in the quiz where you're scratching your head trying to think of answers you're going to have even more than 11 seconds for each answer. I know there are quiz players, usually fairly new to the site who have never contributed a quiz of their own, who always want more time and would be happy if every quiz was 20 minutes long, maybe you fit that bill, but as someone who has played a LOT of Geography quizzes, and has contributed quite a few of them as well, I can say confidently that there is no justification for increasing the time limit. Whether Treverbeast454 changes the time is his decision but I'll point out that the invisible US states quiz has a time limit of 4 minutes for 50 answers. This quiz has only 4 more answers and is 6 minutes long.
