You can score on a double play, fielders choice, sacrifice bunt... And catcher is spelled wrong.

also, infield single and can you accept "steal", "hbp", and squeeze also?

Along with squeeze I would recommend suicide squeeze and squeeze bunt. Also, sac fly.

The only ways that are impossible are walk, balk, HBP and CI. The others, while improbable, are definitely NOT impossible. Fast runners, bad bounces and fallen fielders have led to all of them happening in real MLB games.

I sat there trying for different ways to phrase things more than I did thinking of how to score

You can score from second on a sac fly - it's rare but it does happen. More to the point, there's nothing specifically to say you CAN'T, except for the defense preventing you (this is also true of others on the list like wild pitch - it's very atypical for a man to score from anywhere but third, but that doesn't mean you CAN'T). Not the case with a walk, for instance, which properly belongs on the list.

Would fan interference not qualify too? Even though this quiz seems like a lost cause.

catchers interference is spelled wrong. and as stated above, u can score from 2nd on a wild pitch, passed ball, and any kind of sacrifice. also, u can technically score from 2nd on a walk, such as if the fourth pitch is a wild pitch and u get home. this is prob scored a walk plus wp, but definitely something worth looking into.

you cannot score from second by being moved ahead by a walk or a player being hit by a pitch. you cannot score from second on a balk. you cannot steal home from second. you can score from second on a passed ball. you can score from second on a sacrifice fly. you can score from second on squeeze play. last. i have no idea what cathcer's interference is. however, after making this retarded quiz, you forgot to add being moved ahead by catcher's interference, which is also a way that you can score from third but not second, if the bases are loaded.

Suicide Squeeze should be accepted for "squeeze play". I typed it in 10 times and gave up figuring you grouped it in with stealing home. Also, "sac fly" should be accepted for sacrifice fly.

what if you tag at 2nd and the centerfielder catches the ball then passes out and you score. thats a sacrifice fly in more ways than one.

- catcher's interference is broken. - I've seen people come home from second on a wild pitch (with no errors involved) - Please accept scoring abbreviations (HBP, CI, BB)

You can absolutely score from second on a wilde pitch, passed ball, squeeze, or sac fly. You could also, theoretically, steal home from second. Not sure it's ever happened, but it's certainly possible. Walk, balk, HBP, and CI are the only answers that should count.

I have personally seen guys score from second on sac flies, passed balls, and wild pitches. You could also theoretically steal 3rd and home on the same play.

There are a lot of other answers that would fit. You can score on fielder's choice from third, not really from second, for one. I think infield single is another play where you aren't going to score from second, but you can from third.

Does 'passed ball' refer to when a live ball going into the dugout or stands? If not, then there's another way for you.

you can score from 2nd (or 1st for that matter if you're really fast) on wild pitches, passed balls, sacrifices, and squeezes. I guess theoretically you can also steal home from 1st or 2nd. It never happens, but it technically could

How is that this low-rated "quiz" has been played 1,000+ times in one day, and my much better baseball quiz can't get that in two weeks?

Kenny Lofton scored from second on a passed ball in game 6 of the 1995 ALCS. I know the point has been beaten to death by now, but man, wasn't that awesome when he did that?

you spelled catcher wrong, its just pass ball not passed ball, take sac bunt/suicide squeeze/safety squeeze for the squeeze play, add error and groundout or forceout. good idea but terrible execution it needs to be fixed

Surely some of these are possible, e.g. wild pitch or sacrifice fly.
