If you feel something is wrong or missing please tell me but back it up with a link. I know there is big controversy about territories and countries but I tried my best.

It´s French Guiana, and it´s not an independent country. Neither are Greenland or Puerto Rico.

Where does Sweden have a coast on the Atlantic any more than say Finland? Where does the Atlantic end, and the Baltic, Caribbean, North Seas start?

Thanks for the quiz. I agree that all of the above needs to be fixed, i.e. the "y" in Germany and an accurate definition of "Atlantic". For example, you write that you counted "Gulf of Mexico only", but with Germany etc. being on here, it's obvious that you also included the North Sea...

I agree with the above - French Guiana, Greenland and Puerto Rico are not countries. You should go buy the standard 196 countries that Sporcle uses. Also, Suriname is listed twice.

and rje_dobbin, denmark and sweden kind provide a barrier from the baltic to touch the North Sea and it just would be easier if i left thoses countries that border the baltic off

There is no country called Dominican. There is the country of Dominica and another country called the Dominican Republic (which didn't come up when typed). You left out St Kitts and Nevis. Link? Try a map.

So it's the Atlantic with all it's seas
except
those that are only accessible though a single narrow strait (Skagerrak and the Strait of Gibraltar).
