I agree that the Wylde spelling needs to be corrected and last names should be acceptable, but I love this quiz! Something very different and very well done.
In this case, you can make last names acceptable by simply checking the "Accept last word only in answers" box in the Options section in the top right of the Game Info page. I'd also suggest adjust the column widths on the Style page. 30%/40%/40% looks about right. Make those adjustments and I'd be glad to make this an Editor's pick.
