	What on odd list. If someone wants to say that Barry Lyndon is one of the hundred greatest films of all time, more power to them. But saying it's one of the 100 most critically acclaimed films seems to be factually incorrect - even by Kubrick, Paths of Glory (not on the list) is pretty universally praised, while opinion on BL is pretty mixed. Still, interesting list.

	The list is based on the collected opinions of something like over 1500 notable critics and filmmakers, and weighted based on many complicated formulas. So it really doesn't take into account "popular" opinion at all, unlike say the IMDb top 250. It's really a pretty robust list, since it eliminates lots of cultural biases by only considering the opinions of experts. The website (www.theyshootpictures.com) explains the ranking system pretty clearly. They have rankings all the way through 1000, Paths of Glory is pretty close behind at 195. Personally I think both movies are awesome!

	There's no such movie as Voyage in Italy. In Italian it's Viaggio in Italia, which you don't accept. Or in English it would be Voyage to Italy or Journey to Italy... But great quiz nonetheless.

	woo, 98/100 is not bad. Can't believe I forgot Liberty Valance. I have apparently seen 53 out of 100, a lot of them within the last few months (Metropolis, Seventh Seal, Night of the Hunter, Rio Bravo, To Be or Not to Be, Once Upon a Time in the West). I love this list because it introduced me to Jean Renoir, who is now one of my favorite directors. Another great film of his I saw recently (not in the Top 100, but definitely in the top 1000) is La Bete Humaine. Kind of a proto-noir film, and featuring a great performance from Jean Gabin.
