	I don't think you can call Bismarck a commander - he was a civilian (same with Azana, I think). The Prussian army was commanded by Wilhelm I, with Helmuth von Moltke the Elder as chief of staff. More importantly, Ferdinand II had been dead for nearly a year when Garibaldi invaded Sicily. And "Easter Rebellion" ought to be acceptable.

	I included some heads of state in the sense that--for instance--the US President is the Commander-in-Chief. I did this mostly in instances where that person would be more recognizable than the alternative, for instance Moltke could cause confusion between the father and the son and therefore between WWI and II. I changed Ferdinand, good point.
