The title of this quiz is a complete giveaway. San and Sao? Only 2 countries start with that. You should just say "or the equivalent of saint in different languages".

if you are asking for the countries, allow some fair challenge and let the players spell the whole countries' names instead of accepting short forms like St Vincent for St Vincent and the Grenadines...
