Those are some good calls. Not sure why the source is missing those. At least I think Dr. J isn't on that Wikipedia list because he started with the original ABA Nets. I'll add them later tonight. Thanks!

You may also want to make note of the fact that the 76ers were the Syracuse Nationals up until the 1963-64 season.

Yeah, I knew that but I thought that putting both old/new names would make the headings more confusing. The same would apply to the Baltimore/Washington Bullets and the Minneapolis/LA Lakers.
