I was going to question Brazil twice as well. Not enough time, and I don't know what the reference is

You've got Brazil twice (once listed under 8, the other under 18). Also please accept DRC and other alternatives for Democratic Republic of Congo, and correct Congo as Republic of Congo and Ivory Coast as Cote Divoire.

Where is Mongolia? Ulaanbatar has ~1.1 million people. I agree with bones21's comment.

Is this cities or metros? 9 for the US tells me it's city populations, but Canada only has three cities over 1,000,000 (but 5 metros, so 4 is wrong either way). I quit early just because so many things seemed wrong right off the bat.

This might have been better if it only included countries with more than 1. As it is, roughly half the countries of the world are included, so it's just "guess a reasonably large country".

If you're going metros, Sri Lanka and New Zealand are missing, just off the top of my head. And regardless of your criteria, Singapore is a glaring omission.

As others pointed out, you've got Brazil twice and need to accept a few more alternative answers. 'DRC' = 'Democratic Republic of the Congo', 'Burma' = 'Myanmar', 'Côte d'Ivoire' = 'Ivory Coast' (you can also accept it without the accent).

Perhaps listing nations with 2+ cities might be better. At the moment it's a bit of a country-dump.

If these are metro populations, the Netherlands should also be included (Amsterdam, Rotterdam and The Hague).

I don't know if I should even bother saying this, but the city of Kigali doesn't have a million yet, while I think most sources have the city of Port-au-Prince over a million.

Maybe I should have named it "Can You Name the Countries with at Least One City with a Population of Over One Million According to this Source?" I'll also fix the Congo and the DRC thing. I did "DROC" as one of the alternative answers, because that's what I use, and usually call "Republic of the Congo" "Congo."

don't people fix their quizzes anymore? this guy has a lot of comments about Brazil being there twice and yet he hasn't fixed it. Also, it's good to check once in a while how your quizzes are doing.

I agree with a lot of the comments - Brazil needs to be fixed, it should be 2 or more cities, etc. Also, there's not enough time. I was typing in at least 1 country every 5 seconds, and I ran out of time.

forget this quiz, better to start from scratch. Someone just make a quiz that is "countries with more than one city over one million (not including metro area)"

What year are your stats 1950? Auckland has a population of 1440000 people. If you are including constitutent city areas as separate, you should state so, and I know Brazzaville has more than 1 million and Joburg surely has more than a million people. Tragic overall, a mark of 1 star is adequate.
