Good quiz. There are a few more alternate forms you should add, like BIOT and PEI. Some of the forms you take seem too short. I wasn't expecting to be finished, for instance, after I typed "Prince Edward," typed "Island," then had to delete it. This happened a lot.

The UK classifies Akrotiri and Dhekelia as overseas territories so they should probably be included in that list rather than separately, also they are known as Sovereign Base Areas, not Sovereign Airbases as three services (army, navy, and air force) make up the British Forces Cyprus which commands them

Just a suggestion - the quiz would look cleaner if you changed the order of the four countries so that they are not split between two lines like New Zealand is

I believe both Alderney and Sark come under Guernsey
