Of course, since they are in order, you can solve the problems by addition instead of multiplication.

Once you figure out the pattern it isn't so bad.

i would rename this quiz "squares"... obviously if you square a number the resulting number is its perfect square. "perfect squares" would make more sense if you gave us the perfect square number and we had to give you its square root integer

: Then it would have to accept negative numbers as alternatives.

Good quiz. Not many go forth with these kinds of quizzes, but you made a good one that would really make people like it. 4/5.

Great quiz. A combination of knowledge and calculation (at least if you haven't memorised all of them) that makes it enjoyable - and the length of time is perfect :)

I liked this quiz as well. Perhaps you should try making another version of this quiz with higher numbers.

Only 90% of players got the square of 1??!! No wonder the US is lagging behind other countries in math! LOL

I missed 1^2 only because it was the last in my queue; I got 361 in just as time ran out, and finished with 24/25

this quiz should definitely get in order. i seemed to get all the ones i didnt have memorized at the beginning, and barely rattled off 8 in the last 30 seconds to finish this. it should go in order so everyone has the easy ones at the beginning and its less random

@marzoz...that's because some people had "1" at the very end and didn't get to it because they spent all their time figuring out 18, 19, 23, 24, etc

Perfect squares are the sum of odd numbers: 1+3=4, +5=9, +7=16, +9=25, +11=36, etc.
