In 1982 The rank of Commodore (O-7) in the US Navy was changed to Rear Admiral (lower half). The O-8 Rear Admiral is now Rear Admiral (Upper Half).

There is no such rank as Warrant Officer Flight Sergeant in the RAF. It's just called Warrant Officer.

There's no such rank as Fleet Chief Petty Officer in the RN, there's two ranks where that is: WO2 and WO1
