Jurisdiction over Vatican City is splitted between Italy and Vatican State (i.e. Italian police guards the place, not the Swiss Guards).San Pietro is in Rome to me as to - I think - everybody. Let's call it a bit nationalist ;)
In Italy, most of all in the north, "Duomo" means the Duomo of Milan, the most famous. This is mostly due to the fact that the dedication of the Duomo of Milan ("Santa Maria Nascente") is not so famous as others.
"Angioino" is spelled correctly and nobody would refer to it as Castel Maschio Angioino.
Bologna is missing: you're right! I wanted to keep the game within 20 questions. Of course, naming all Italian monuments deserving a mention would take terabytes... :)
