	Stupid brain made me type Tunis instead of Tunisia. Surprised by the absence of New Zealand, Israel and Vatican City (though the stats may not include the latter).

	If the source includes Puerto Rico, the quiz should include it well. Should a list of FIFA or CONCACAF countries not include Puerto Rico because it's a US territory? It is worth noting that Puerto Rico (like all current U.S. territories save tiny, uninhabited Palmyra Atoll) is an unincorporated territory, which means it is not considered an integral part of the United States. Puerto Rico is under U.S. sovereignty, but it is not part of the United States. And it has no real representation in the House, either.

	I'll add that I am dubious that Bulgaria gets more tourists than Israel or the Vatican.

	I agree John, I was just trying to make a fun quiz. People on Sporcle take this stuff pretty seriously. They can be pretty mean if your source has an error, or if the data is a few years old. You may be right about Bulgaria and The Vatican, but I just went with the source. I wasn't trying to offend anyone. Maybe a quiz on the 30 most tourist visited cities wouldn't incite so much debate?

	Hmm, I wouldn't underestimate Bulgaria. They probably get a lot of tourists from the region because of their beaches at the black sea..

	Ukraine is on the Black Sea coast which has visitors from ex-Soviet territories. Malaysia has also some sights to see. Some of these countries have their place there for the business travellers there. Some countries even designate themselves as business hub spots to attract visitors: UAE is a notable example.

	The game accepts both "US" and "United States", but only "UK". I typed "United Kingdom" and wondered why it didn't appear. After all, it's not so long a name that's hard to spell completely; it isn't the Democratic Republic of the Congo, which happily isn't in the list...

	@PublicEnemy: Ukraine's Black Sea coast is basically considered to be the Riviera of Eastern Europe. Not to mention that it is much cheaper than beaches on the Med itself, whether in the Western or Eastern half. It is a very popular destination in Europe. Mexico is popular too, but Americans, who probably make up a significant majority of Mexico's international tourists, tend to be homebodies and generally prefer taking their vacations in the US. When Americans do go out of the country on vacation, they usually go to either Western Europe or the Caribbean, and most Americans prefer the island destinations to the mainland ones.

	For anybody from northern Europe it's not suprise that Bulgaria is there. That's where we go in summer to get drunk with cheap alcohol! And there's beaches too! And Ukraine's beaches are very popular for Russians to have a beach holiday. World is not so America-centric, that we all should go to Mexico on holiday!

	Scrutinizing the source for this quiz I think the reason why the Vatican isn't listed is because it doesn't have an airport and that's one of the main gauges for inclusion in the rankings. Good quiz though, nice idea!

	@Sixtytwobobs: New Zealand might be a more desirable tourist destination but logistically it's an island nation whose nearest neighbours are miles away. Tunisia is just across the Med from Europe and is easy to get to. This is not so much about where people want to go but where they can get to

	I know from personal experience that although it gets a ton of tourists from east Asia and the Muslim world, the main reason why Malaysia's so high is Singaporeans coming across.
