Let me know if there are any mistakes or if the timing is off. Also, I was thinking of giving the continent for the extra column. Would that make it too easy?

I'm not sure why it accepted "Netherlands" for Belgium. They are different countries. Unless Netherlands is an alternative because they are also known for Limburger? I don't know my cheese well enough to know the answer to that. I thought this quiz was a really good idea. If you don't know your cheese origins, it's a quiz on language and livestock. Fun.

It accepted Netherlands for Belgium because the Duchy of Limburg, which was where Limburger originated, is now part of Belgium, Germany, and the Netherlands.

It might be better to take Limburger off the menu, then. (Also, it's usually "Netherlands" rather than "Holland" here.) You don't need the continent.

My issue is the inclusion of "swiss", with Switzerland as the "answer"; the original cheese on which the term "swiss cheese" is based is emmental.

Replaced Limburger with Avaxtskyr and Swiss with Emmental. Thank you folks!

Was I in for a surprise entering this quiz, expecting just "American" and "Swiss".
