1.) Pennsylvania has 21, not 20. 2.) You should list states with the same # alphabetically, instead of just having people guess at random until they get the one for that slot.

I guess this is descending by population, although the population is hidden. I know a lot of electoral votes, but putting them in order of relative population's hard.

You should really accept "dc" or "district of columbia" at least as alternatives. (Really Washington should be the alternative, since it's the district rather than the city to which electoral votes are allocated.)
