I usually love your food quizzes, but I've got to say that this one was way too easy, with barely anything exotic or obscure or interesting. For one, I'd switch out peas, considering that you get it if you type 'pear' or 'peanut'. Pancetta (or prosciutto), polenta, pierogies, pad thai, persimmons...

For the last one all I could think of was wontons or gyoza...don't think I've ever had the "American" version of these!

I tried Peking ravioli first, followed by pan-fried dumpling.

I also tried pierogi and Peking ravioli. Nearly every culture has their own version of a dumpling (filling sealed inside pasta) and it has so many different names that it's probably not a good candidate for something like this, unless you can be sure to accept every possible applicable name there is.

That cheese could also just as easily be pecorino, another hard Italian cheese.

This quiz is too US-centric, in the UK we don't call them 'Potstickers' and although I got 'Popsicles', we Brits use Ice Lolly or something similar. You should have chosen some more universal foods which everybody from around the world will be able to even take a guess at.
