I think it's "Bogey", and +4 should probably not be an acceptable answer. Good quiz though, maybe consider putting them in order.

good quiz, but I agree with the above comments. Also the amount of time is not neccasary, 1 or 2 minutes would be fine.

also you forgot -4 which is called a "condor" and can be called triple eagle or double albatross. It has happened several times. Also four over par can be called "other"

It should be this: +4 - 4 Over Par +3 - Triple Bogey +2 - Double Bogey +1 - Bogey -/+ - Par -1 - Birdie -2 - Eagle -3 - Double Eagle 1 Shot Only - Ace
