BTHASAB also unscrambles to Sabbath. It's at least worth a bonus if not an acceptable answer.

You could probably have found more "Jewish" celebrities - Stiller, Streisand and Eisenberg are all questionable, and the other two are only there because they have one Jewish parent (both have another parent of another religion!)
