More to the point, how is a neighborhood a landmark (Montmartre), but its most famous landmark (Basilique du Sacré-Coeur) not? No Jardin des Plantes, no Jardin du Luxembourg, no Tuileries, no Tour Montparnasse, no Gare du Nord, no Temple of Sybil, no Champs-Élysées, no Champs de Mars, no Place de la Bastille, no Mussée d'Orsay?
