| This is ludicrous. What is this based on, and why are we expected to just randomly name places in Paris? More to the point, how is a neighborhood a landmark (Montmartre), but its most famous landmark (Basilique du Sacré-Coeur) not? No Jardin des Plantes, no Jardin du Luxembourg, no Tuileries, no Tour Montparnasse, no Gare du Nord, no Temple of Sybil, no Champs-Élysées, no Champs de Mars, no Place de la Bastille, no Mussée d'Orsay? Did you just take this from the Wikipedia page on Parisian tourist traps? And if so, why isn't that attributed as the source? |
