Seem to be getting some bad ratings.... I'm open to suggestions and criticiscm. What should I change?

Honestly, I think the low ratings are a cause of this type of quiz in general. People view it as the creator trying to obtain more plays instead of generating an actual interesting quiz that you don't have to reload over and over again. I don't really see a work around for this type of quiz though...

Yeah.... I can see that. Maybe I should just lay them all out or not? I quite like the challenge of getting em all first time.

I concur with Escaho. But I'll add that it was frustrating that, in many cases, the choices were very distant cities that are nearly equidistant from the target city, making it more-or-less a random guess, which I don't find all that fun. For example, Osaka is 5505 miles from Reykjavik and 5373 miles from Saskatoon -- a difference of about 2.5%.

I didn't do it for the plays, honest. It's not as if plays=money. @TimeAndTide - The quiz was mean't to get harder as it progressed, though I agree that is rather difficult. Maybe I'll make some more obvious a little earlier on.

@Chocolatl - Marseille without the S is the common way to spell it, though you can also add the S.

I thought this was a lot of fun; I don't care how many plays people's quizzes get. And the closer of a call it was between two cities, the more fun it was. Knowing Rome is closer to Marseille than Riga is *yawn*, but I was imagining longitude lines and east-west hemisphere divisions to decide between Reyjavik and Saskatoon. Great quiz!

What's the 2nd answer? I got all of them, but it says 1/2 answers correct.

Terrible title, great quiz. I like it the way it is where you lose if you get one wrong. mjob688, the timer probably didn't stop because all the winning answers are bonus answers. Just type in one of the wrong answers, I guess. There should be a better way.

Easiest way to two out of two: Type "Marseilles", then type "not quite, sorry".

@eln77 actually the easiest way is 'marseille' then 'cairo'

So I guessed Casablanca, was evidently wrong, guessed Marseille, and got 2 out of 2? I don't get it.

@JohnJF - There are only 2 actual answers. The fail one and the first answer. The rest of them are bonus answers. Bit weird I know, but I can't get around that.

Also it's interesting that people have disdain for such quizzes that will make you play again so often yet these very same people are obviously playing again themselves. Doesn't quite add up. Thanks to those who enjoyed it for what it is. I'm guessing no sequel? lol

Steesh, be honest, you're going for play numbers. You could have had the "sorry, not quite" answers as a bonus answers and the final "congratulations!" answer as the 2nd actual answer.

i found a way to cheat. if you get the first one wrong and type a correct answer for a later question, then it won't let you get anymore wrong and you can finish the quiz.

Ok.... so I've changed the whole complexion of the quiz. I tried to keep the same idea but couldn't get around making people need to play again everytime. @ Matty - I tried your suggestion but it wouldn't work. And really mate... what the hell does play numbers do for me? It was the only way to make the quiz as it was. At least as i could see it.

I like the new format! I guess what you can do is to designate correct choices to be bonus answers. That way, we can see the breakdown of correct answers more precisely (instead of 12-14 being lumped as one). Of course, upon starting the quiz the score of the player should be "1" so that every player's result will be recorded. I suppose the time limit can be raised, so everyone gets to finish the entire quiz.
