I agree that separate islands with the same population should be separate answers.
I wasn't aware that the three-continent largest landmass had an official name. I tried Eurasia first, which didn't work, so I was surprised when just Asia worked for the whole thing. Maybe accept Eurasia if you're going to accept individual continents?
