| @Statetravelr, because most of these cities and towns exists in many states, it makes it nearly impossible to guess the state. Some of these cities and towns exists in 10+ states, in fact (like Columbus, Dayton, Henderson, and Manchester). So, how is the quiz taker supposed to know which state you are looking for? For Columbus, for example, my first guess would be Ohio, but then I would have to go through as many as tweleve states before I correctly guessed Georgia. The only cities and towns unique to one state are Cody, Daytona Beach, Green Bay, Kennebunkport, Lake Havasu City, Le Mars, Lubbock, Missoula, Newport News, Pawtucket, Rapid City, Sandpoint, Shreveport, Tehachapi, Tulsa, Tuscaloosa, and Yakima. |
