Bob91351 : Jul 22nd, 2011 at 14:35 GMT -2 points Animalgo sounds like it should be the nickname for wyoming, because yellowstone is where so many animals go... But then I thought what it smells like when animals go, and I thought it should be New Jersey...
drob613 : Jul 26th, 2011 at 19:22 GMT 2 points Isn't Connecticut the Constitution State? That's what it says on the license plates. I grew up in New York, close to the border, and never heard Nutmeg State before this.
NatAlex92 : Apr 17th, 2012 at 03:36 GMT 1 point @drob Many states have multiple nicknames. Kansas for example is both the "Wheat State" and the "Sunflower State". Illinois is both the "Prairie State" and "The Land of Lincoln". Connecticut happens to actually have 4 nicknames, but the most common are the "Nutmeg State" and the "Constitution State."
