	planetmutty - I've just had to look up mahi mahi. It would appear to be a fish from tropical seas that is probably more familiar to Australians & Americans than to Europeans in terms of food.

	If any of y'all you haven't heard of mahi mahi before ever do get the chance to try it, go for it. I loathe practically every other kind of fish, by mahi is delicious!

	@jordan117 i'm actually not that surprised, since it's rarely seen in singular form - usually "anchovies". i kept trying come up with a fish spelled with a "y" and couldn't do it!
