	Personally, I think it's a little harsh to get the first clue without a hint you want the dutch spelling for it, rather than 'Guilder' as it was worldly known. It's a bit like asking for the capital of Thailand and only accepting Krung Thep Mahanakhon.

	Love Gulden's mustard, so it was easy for me. I guess the theme is "Gulden Salver" which is more of a pun.
