	@Djibouti: the letters of Liberia are all in there, but they don’t “add up” with any other countries to make the clue.

	@Djibouti: Yes sorry Pit_trout is right, unfortunately it was tough to get this across on the max 200 words of instructions I had! There may be other countries in there but the idea is that the answers fit exactly into the equation. If the letters for Liberia were taken out then you wouldn't have the correct letters to make the other two countries.

	Last year I had a similar themed quiz called "Merging Countries" (Example: "Ex-Policeman = NEPAL + MEXICO") and it was well received. But if my quiz was a double axel, you just nailed the quad. Wow! So I got to ask: How did you find these combinations? On your own or with computer assistance? (Nothing wrong with the latter, in fact there's a lot of skill in writing such a program.) Five orbs and the easiest decision to nominate this year.

	Thank you for the feedback, @jmfield I have amended the yellow so hopefully it should be clearer! @rockgolf I wish I could write a program clever enough to work it out, I wouldn't know where to start. All trial and error (I'm a bit of a linguistic geek, see my other quizzes), I tend to look at each country just as the letters rather than the name (alphabetizing them helps) and then soon realise there are countries with very common letters (e.g. ISRAEL, BENIN, OMAN). You then take a country out here, insert a new one there until you get closer and you get to know what letters you will need (and you'll know roughly which countries have them!) It can be very frustrating and makes your eyes go fuzzy but I'm sure there are more! I think I'm going to try one on capitals next! On another note, as a fairly sporcle 'newbie' I have to say that rockgolf I find yours and MrChewyPoo's quizzes very innovative and watch out for new ones regularly!

	For me, I'd prefer to have more time to actually work them all out. I found as I noticed time running out, I stopped working them out properly and started guessing at countries that seemed more obvious (e.g. five letter 'i' country and guessing countries that fit) ignoring the anagram bit.

	Brilliant quiz! Would have liked a little more time, but on the other hand part of that is because I didn't heed your advice about the pen, and had to scrabble around for a pen and paper (ended up using a barely working biro and an out-of-date prescription). A great idea though, and very well executed. I'm impressed how well these worked together.
