I found a better source. This may help for clarification. http://www.maps-n-stats.com/us_ct_population.html

Why don't you use the census?

It's still a bad source- many of the largest municipalities in Connecticut are left out- Greenwich, Hamden, Fairfield.... That source you used is incomplete. Maybe you should try http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_municipalities_of_Connecticut_by_population

When you changed sources, you should've changed the title as well, from "Cities" to "Municipalities". I grew up in Fairfield but never thought to enter it because it's incorporated as a town, not a city -- and so are Greenwich, West Hartford, Hamden, and possibly others. (Cities and towns, at least in Connecticut, have distinctly different governmental structures; some towns are more populous than cities, but they're still considered towns.)
