	@Somnambulo I really don't see you listing a source. But I'll take your word for that. The problem is that you'd think that the european microstates would have universal healthcare. It seems rather odd, maybe your source ignored the mini-countries?

	If you look at at wikipedia so many more countries have universal healthcare. You even missed out Cuba, this is complete bollocks.

	Yes, a few countries have universal healthcare more then this. First of all, ALL EU countries plus Iceland and Norway and Switzerland have universal healthcare coverage for the citizens of those 30 countries. It's called a European Health Insurance Card. Cuba and Costa Rica have universal healthcare which is why they have such high HDIs, South Africa also has universal healthcare for public hospitals. I believe even Mexico and China have universal healthcare.
