	Monmouthshire is now in Wales, but back when the traditional counties were meaningful it was sort of in England, I think.

	I would make Monmouthshire a bonus answer and not part of the quiz, because there is a lot of debate and ambiguity about whether it was in Wales or in England prior to 1974. Even the Encyclopaedia Britannica in 1911 said "Monmouthshire is in England, except when it's in Wales" (I paraphrase). So relatively clear as mud then!

	This has been already been published with a map (although they did not include Monmouthshire, and did not ask for the word County with Durham. They also did a similar one with a map for the current ceremonial counties.
