	Crap, I forgot the HP movies. Since it accepts Pirates of the Caribbean 2 and 3 for POTC:DMC and POTC:AWE, it should accept Pirates of the Caribbean for POTC:CotBP.

	Is anyone else surprised Citizen Kane, Schindler's List, and Psycho didn't make it? Ah, great under-appreciated movies. The adjusted are better overall than the current.

	A great quiz, but there's a lot of inconsistency in how series are treated. For example you can do Harry Potter 2, 3, 4 etc, but you can't get number one. Same with LOTR, for example. I was really wondering why so many huge name series had such crappy starts, until I got to the end and realised it was that the first movie required me to give the full name, while the rest would take the series title and a number.

	@evil_fruit_girl. The absence of Citizen Kane isn't a surprise given that Hearst tried to kill the movie upon release. RKO struggled just to find locations to screen it.

	I missed a bunch of obvious ones because I got frustrated: every time I put in an answer, it got accepted as a bonus answer. You don't need to include all those bonus answers, unless they're on both lists!

	Inflation is a bitch - Avatar's adjusted gross is ALREADY 13 million dollars more than its real gross. Also, Gone With the Wind made an adjusted $1.6 Billion, more than double Avatar. Nothing will ever sell as many tickets as GWtW did.

	It would be a lot easier if it accept "Star Wars: Episode I", Episode II, etc. I don't have the subtitles memorized for all of them, but i knew they were on the list. Also, it should accept "Raiders of the Lost Ark", since that's the name of the movie. "Indiana Jones and the ..." was only added to the titles of the subsequent films in the series.

	@cjmulrain: Of course not, since home video has killed the market for theatrical re-release. GWTW's take includes many runs in the theater. Shocked that Wizard of Oz isn't up there at all. Also surprised to see Thunderball as the (adjusted) top-grossing Bond film. It's not bad, but I don't know that anyone considers it the best or iconic.

	Kudos on including so many bonus clues. I would have been typing away thinking I had misspelled something, or needed the "subtitle". But the bonus made it clear - it knows what movie you mean, but it ain't on the list! Seems the next 40 were a lot easier to guess than the top 40...

	pretty sure that Harry Potter and the Philosopher's stone was not a huge success in the US box office, since it was called the Sorceror's Stone here in this country.
