Consider changing Great Britain to the United Kingdom or at least accepting the UK as an alternative answer.

I understand Great Britain still controlled Canada's foreign affairs well into the 20th century, but most people consider Canadian independence to have come with the British North American Acts in 1867.

Do you have a source? Because I have made quizzes very similar to this one, and several things were different (for example, in 1910, Britain controlled afghanistan's foreign affairs, Arabia was called Ha'il, and there was another independent country in Africa, called Ouaddai).

You could argue that after 1906 (Algeciras conference) Morocco wasn't totally independent.

One of the odder thing about the 1910 map is that there were six countries all bordering each other, in various places over the world: United Kingdom, France, Belgium, Netherlands, Germany and Portugal.

Yes UK was the country because it included Ireland, which Great Britian did not. And its treatment is inconsistent with the Ottoman Empire
