Um, considering the fact that Washington was the FIRST "President of the USA," it's utterly impossible for there to have been any "former presidents," either alive or dead. IF we're to include the men who served as the President of the Continental Congress or those who served under the Articles of Confederation, then Washington still doesn't count because the last President who served under the Articles of Confederation, Cyrus Griffin, died in 1810--11 years AFTER Washington died.
