Its "Jon" Favreau. And Peter Sellers, David Niven, and Woody Allen all played James Bond in the first Casino Royale, so you may want to clarify that you mean "official" James Bond movies.

You need to specify its only domestic box office that counts for the highest grossing categories, otherwise there's 3 movies released this year that made $1 billion that should be on there. You should accept some more alternates for the sequels on this list (Star Wars and Pirates to be specific). You should also specify only live action comedies count. The Shrek and Ice Age franchises have definitely made more than most (if not all) on that list.

The remake/reboot category is fairly subjective. Why isn't X-Men: First Class a reboot? Also what about Straw Dogs?

Also, Rush Hour and Ocean's Eleven are not comedies, but action movies with some comedic bits to them. And Rise of the Planet of the Apes is neither a remake (no such movie in the original 5 Planet of the Apes movies) nor a reboot, but a prequel to the Planet of the Apes remake from a few years ago.
