| @Felix: Taiwan is not exactly sovereign, it lives its life on a delicate tightrope, trying not to aggrieve the PRC too much. Additionally, it's not like it declared independence. Naming Kosovo a country is almost exactly the same as naming Abkhazia and South Ossetia countries, though I'm sure many would take offense at that. But Kosovo is sporcle standards.
@Scorpio: Good quiz! But I agree with Shay, Russia actually did declare independence, under Boris Yeltsin, from the Soviet Union, which officially remained under Gorbachev. But besides the nitpicking everyone must undergo, good, well researched! |
