Ah, I must have overlooked him since he's relatively new to the NBA. But 38.5% is pretty god awful, so I'll add him as a bonus.

How about Bill Russell? For all of the crap Chamberlain took, Russell at .561 for his career wasn't all that much better.

He wouldn't really qualify here because his lifetime FT percentage was .579, but I remember Elmore Smith (Bucks, Braves, Lakers) being really bad. Back when the NBA had the old "3 to make 2" he would commonly brick 3 in a row.
