You should accept singular for the vegetables.

You really need to do some research on this. They still offer provolone at some subways. You missed spicy mustard and what they call a southwest sauce ( not chipotle). Also you missed oregano and you have jalapeno peppers spelled wrong.

missing a ton of ingredients...off the top of my head: -sweet peppers -jalapeno peppers (spelled correctly) -southwest sauce -provolone cheese -carrots -hot sauce sure there are some others as well, but that is just what comes to mind right now

Yes, they offer provolone at all the Subways I go to. The name of the sauce is Chipotle Southwest. Could be an awesome quiz with some quick fixes! :)

You could also add the types of bread they offer too.

As has been mentioned, accepting the singular vegetable names would be great. Also, dropping the second word off of some answers would be good. For example, "jalapeno", "peppers" or "bell peppers", and "cheddar".

No Italian dressing? I put in Jalapenos and it didn't accept. Nice. Probably should let that be an answer just sayin...
