	Thanks darth. IF England make it to Brazil 2014 I can't see Joe Cole making the squad but I wonder if Cashley will become the first English player to play in four World Cup Finals(?). If England get there I think he'll still be more than capable (no pun intended).

	As ever with this kind of quiz, you look at it afterwards and think "how did i miss..." before reeling off a list of names! (for me waddle and hoddle were the worst misses!) Great quiz. Ive pulled the average back up a bit with a 5 globe rating!

	Well SHED, you clearly need to make it more US-centric! Good shout re Ashley Cole, an unliked player, but no doubting his class. He'll get there, barring injury.

	Rio was at the 1998 tournament as well (despite not playing) so I think he should be counted for that year too. What do you reckon?

	Honestly, I'm biased but if Ashley Cole is still first choice come 2014, I'll despair. Baines has been better than him for a good year and a half. Wonderful quiz though, SHED.

	Excellent quiz, quizmaster! I can only have forgotten gerrard coz I thought I'd already put his name down! Gutted to have missed Crouchy & Teddy but I'm happy with 54 in the time limit. I think Ashley will definitely break Shilton's record but I have to disagree with Cestrian - yes, baines has been good in the last 18 months but Cole is still the left back I would want in my team in Brazil and no, I'm not a Chelsea fan, nor do I like him as a person at all. I just think he's been the best left back in the world for some years now. Top Quiz, though.

	Cole's performances have gone downhill since he left Arsenal. For the last 2 seasons he has been very poor, he offers very little in attack and at the back he looks like a headless chicken! Baines is ridiculously better. I'm not biased in any direction :D

	Not a big Ashley fan, but unless someone breaks through, he'll be there, e's head and shoulder above Baines. 51/62 for me, BUT, I missed Beckham!!! Good work Shed, 5/5
