several mistakes here: (1) K2S is potassium sulfide, not potassium sulfate (2) cobalt(III) oxide should be Co2O3, not CoO3 (3) CuCl is copper(I) chloride, not copper sulfide. also one suggestion: cuprous is also correct for copper(I), and cupric is also correct for copper(II).

The IUPAC name for magnesium acetate and barium acetate are magnesium ethanoate and barium ethanoate respectively. You can choose to include them but you shouldn't specify that they must be IUPAC names. Ferrous is also correct for iron(II) and cobaltic for cobalt(III) if you accept "cuprous" and "cupric".

I added them all and removed the IUPAC qualification.

Lithium Carbonate is Li2CO3. And could you accept numbers as well as Roman numerals?

I think you've missed some spelling variants (sulphide, sulphate). Also perhaps you could clarify in the instructions that oxidation states are required (maybe it's just me, but I didn't think to try that, so missed out all 6 of them).

Could you make the parentheses optional?
