Another fine quiz, imo. The terms subregions and megaregions seem a bit obtuse, though. Found myself grasping for more traditional designations, such as Mid-South, Appalachia, Piedmont, and so forth. Looking forward to more in your series. :)

I'm not so familiar with some of these myself but I just went by the census subregions and the wikipedia/America 2050 megaregions. I do accept Piedmont, Charlanta, I-35, I-85 corridors and other variations and as many others as I could find. I think I'll have Texas automatically give the Texas Triangle, that way you only have to guess Piedmont cause Florida and Gulf of Mexico give the other two. Glad you liked it, I'll get working on the others soon.

I now take just Washington for DC, that should bring that obvious one up more often.

Could you please accept Atlantic for South Atlantic. I actually tried it for a region, but just got the ocean.

Ok, I'll take Atlantic for the region, I also take Southeast.

I feel like the Missouri stuff shouldn't be here. That's kind of just a matter of opinion, and doesn't come from the census data unlike everything else. It also adds two one-row columns, which make things look ugly, and they're basically pointless gimmees anyway.

Perhaps too many categories (or too many answers). Because I did not scroll down, I did not even see all of the categories.
