	Yes! A quiz hopping onto the bandwagon for lobbying a new category- Space. I hope own day Space/Astronomy becomes its own category! Also note that only Spirit and Opportunity are the only ones on here active.

	The Soviet lander Mars 3 safely made it to the surface of Mars before failing. Beagle 2 is on the surface of Mars as well... it failed, but it's still on Mars. It's unknown whether it crashed or just failed to respond. Other landers that are on the surface but likely in little pieces are Mars 2, Mars 6, and the Mars Polar Lander (including Deep Space 2). The Mars Climate Orbiter also likely crashed onto Mars, but this quiz specifically says surface spacecraft, so it's definitely disqualified. :)

	Quite amazing that the original version of this quiz omitted the first successful lander on Mars! Hint: there are countries other than the USA in the world and some of them have space programmes. I've edited the quiz to include the non-NASA missions and added the American, British and Soviet surface missions that crashed into the planet as bonuses.

	There was a great cola commercial about a NASA scientist watching the progress of a Mars spacecraft. When he turns to drink his cola an alarm goes off. When he returns to the screen, the aliens have "carjacked" the spacecraft and are running away laughing.
