| Seeing that the language section is laden real heavy{95%} with Eurocentric languages and phrases is it not a good idea to have a quiz where one would guess,for instance,where hazara,kikuyu,khoisan,aimak,temne or chagga are spoken especially given that africa and asia alone have about 2000 languages spoken each?Nothing against french/german/italian/english or russian but there's too much bias towards western languages here and a real measure of a person is not when they learn and associate with well known people,but how they interact with the"lesser" ones or those whose culture is not "mainstream". I would love to learn what/where amazonian,lesser known asian and african languages are spoken since there's risk we have a loss of a language somewhere every year.Just give us a game to match country/languages. |
