| The last thing that I would have guessed for Apollo was... Apollo. I had always thought that the Roman equivalent was Phoebus, but as 50% got it right, probably it's just me. @Rifsun and highbad: in Latin, the name of the god was only Jupiter (in nominative case but, well, all names are nominative by definition). "Jove" was the ablative case, so it would be like accepting "Marte" for Mars. But, thinking it better, this quiz is in English and not in Latin, so probably Jove isn't a bad answer after all. |
