There are more - Strasbourg and Basel both have light rail systems, as one example.

Also, St Paul doesn't have any light rail at the moment. The Minneapolis-St Paul system doesn't currently extend to St Paul.

Doesn't Manchester have one too? And Sheffield certainly does. I reckon the quiz needs to say which country the cities are in upon the answer.

It should accept St Paul/Louis for Saint Paul/Louis. Also it may be worth breaking the quiz down into continents. There's too much here to take in in one go

Manchester has one, as does Dublin. Novosibirsk is spelt completely wrong here, Ekaterinburg should be accepted for Yekaterinburg, and Pusan should be for Busan.
