	BTW, you might wanna think of a different title? I mean, really, third world? I'd suggest a review of the definition of the term. However, the idea is still good.

	Once you fix Mississippi, then you'll have way too much time. Cut 6 or seven minutes. If you want to keep the comparison to the third world, perhaps add with the HDI countries that most closely match the US states.

	I'd like to second (or third of fourth) the requests to take an 's' out of Mississippi. I knew it had the lowest HDI of any state, and I tried it several times with the correct spelling, and nothing happened. Good game, though. Interesting how most of them are in the South (what a surprise!!). Also, why is Florida so low? Is it something to do with all the retirees?
