It says there are 20 ansers, but I only see seven cities and 12 countries. There was a 13th slot for countries, but it vanished when I clicked the give up button.

Stockholm, Sweden also hosted twice. They hosted the full Games in 1912 and hosted the equestrian events in 1956 when Melbourne, the city awarded the Summer Olympics that year, couldn't host the equestrian events because of laws against importing live animals, in this case horses, into Australia.
