	Louisville consolidated with Jefferson Country a few years ago. not the same name, but the quiz doesn't ask that.

	Second Louisville... also missing are Butte, MT, Athens, GA, and Columbus, GA are all consolidated city/counties, and technically Honolulu is too, even though we generally refer to "Honolulu" proper as the CDP of Honolulu, which only constitutes the built-up southeastern part of Oahu.

	I believe quite a few cities in Virginia are missing. Correct me if I am mistaking this with independent cities, please.

	@andr5036: The independent cities of Virginia are not part of any county. These cities are both a city and a county that share the same borders and government. No Virginia cities (or St. Louis, Baltimore, or Carson City) would qualify.
