What is your source or criteria for this? I'm not sure I really disagree, but there are some selections and omissions imho. Also, I would think you could omit the middle initials on the two you have.

You dont often see Taft and especially Nixon included on positive presidential lists.

Nixon re-opened the United States relations with China, and was the first to visit mainland China for generations, Taft was actually a bigger trust-buster than Theodore Roosevelt, actively looking out for the American consumer.
