Doing this quiz has made me want to switch degree :) I've been learning about complex numbers and set theory too much, I've forgotten basic arithmetic

I didn't finish (I came close) even though I was a math teacher for many, many years. I was almost tempted to use a calculator, almost all my high school students can't do even simple math without it.

Not a bad quiz, but reminds me of the brainteasers which (normally) exist on page two of a newspaper.
