And loads of the N answers don't work - Yemen, Pakistan, Iran, Turkmenistan, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tehran, Bandar Seri Begawan, Yerevan (possibly others than have slipped my mind)

You should accept "Kotte" though, as it's valid on many other Sporcle quizzes and doesn't take 45 seconds to type out

Wow ... learn something new every day. Never heard of Kotte. Although Wikipedia says Kotte, the CIA World Factbook still says Colombo, with Kotte as the legislative capital

It helps to actually read the directions and understand that you can name the capital OR the country. I had no idea which capital could possibly end in Q.

I too got Naypyidaw instead of Moscow - but mostly because I thought Moscow was in the European part of Russia (I may be wrong)? Also Timor-Leste was my first thought for 'e' and Pyongyang was my first thought for 'g', not Beijing - this is what sporcle does to you!

Moscow is not in Asia. I'm beginning to think that the determination to include Russia in Asia is motivated by Russophobia.

Odd how I typed in Tokyo & Colombo & neither of them worked. I noticed someone comment about adding Colombo. Obviously the creator of the quiz added ', Colombo' without adding Colombo & Tokyo as distinct answers. Hopefully that'll get changed soon. Looks pretty bad for a 'sporcle-verified' & published quiz...

Ah I can explain it. It isn't the quiz makers (my) fault... it is the person who edited this quiz to add Colombo. I played this earlier, like other people and Tokyo worked. I hadn't added Colombo when I made the quiz, but it seems it got added around 19.10GMT and the person who edited to add Colombo didn't do it correctly.
